The scope of activity of Newton M includes engineering, production and implementation of solutions for assembly systems. We are competent in the development and implementation of turnkey projects for both single-spindle solutions and complex assembly systems with software products according to customer's specifications.

We specialize in various market segments, including the automotive industry, general engineering, electric power, the aerospace industry, the production of recreational vehicles, household appliances and electronics.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

In implementing our technical tasks, the Newton M uses a project management methodology with proven and tested PMI methods (PMI) PMBoK, as well as SCRUM for software and application development. Designed to the smallest detail, our project management process leads each of them to a successful completion.

The Project Manager from beginning to end monitors the execution of each project task and is the only contact person when working with the customer. At the stages of planning, implementation and completion, the project manager works simultaneously with the team of the sales, service and customer representatives, delivering a quality solution to any issue. Regardless of the scale of the project or the final delivery point of the equipment, you can be sure that the process is managed by an experienced, specially trained professional.

Using the experience of developing and implementing assembly systems, we optimally allocate resources via our internal digital platform in order to ensure the success of each project. Our team is well trained and competent in such areas as budget and project evaluation (planning of resources, risks and deadlines), engineering design, project management and production - up to delivery to the customer and installation at the facilities.
