One of the business lines of Newton M is solving the problems related to threaded joints and assembly equipment. In addition to after-sales services, calibration and audits, we carry out training, seminars and specialized courses for technical specialists of automobile and general industries in Russia and CIS countries. The training sessions are conducted by our first-class specialists with more than 20 years of experience in the design and analysis of threaded joints, the study and testing of assembly methods, the operating principles of various assembly techniques and the types of tools used to tighten threaded joints.

The programs of our courses include well-structured information on threaded joints, tightening and quality control techniques. Most of our training courses are designed for engineers and specialists who work with threaded joints and assembly tools. These are mainly industrial engineers, tool engineers, designers, quality service specialists, employees of the warranty department and assembly operators. The duration of the training takes 1, 2 or 3 days - it depends on the content of the training course, on the scope of activities, demands and specifics of the organization for which the training program and materials are being prepared. The standard course lasts in average from 2 to 3 days for the groups of 5…20 people.
